“I have been involved with the photographic image for as long as I can remember. I am an intrepid explorer, finding beauty and encapsulating a fragment of time as an image.
As an observer, I have the opportunity to capture a visual dialogue, using light as my paintbrush to communicate a story. In the light there is shadow, in a crop there is space, in a look there is a story. Both aesthetic and meaning are important to me in an image, beauty to capture the eye, depth of meaning to stimulate the mind.
As a mother of two girls, I know how important it is to capture precious memories, as time does indeed fly. I love taking photos of kids, their enthusiasm and personalities shine through in photographs and I find it truly fulfilling to capture that smile. My aim is to help people immortalise that time in meaningful and fun photographs.”
She is passionate about photography and this is translated into her work. Her photography sessions are relaxed and fun, creating natural and beautiful photographs.
